|Recommended: YesFabulous building and staff — I can’t be more happy with my decision to call One Ranger Way home. The moment you walk in you are met with the Ranger theme from artwork to views. The entire staff is amazing and super friendly. Especially Karina, the General Manager, she is truly awesome super helpful and knowledgeable I think she knows every resident by name . If you’re looking for a place to live come see Karina and team you won’t be disappointed.

|Recommended: NoRegretting my choice — I’m going to start by saying management and maintenance staff are nice. They have been polite and helpful, especially Jackson when he handled most of my maintenance issues Saturday. However since day one, it’s been issue after issue. There was an issue with reserving the freight elevator and others using it, delaying my ability to move my stuff in. Another tenant even got upset with me despite me having reserved the time slot. I did my inspection of the apartment which I documented with pictures. The unit was not mopped or dusted as there was residue and spots marks all over the floors. Cabinets already scratched scuffed. The door to the patio wouldn’t close unless locked, the handle and frame already have damage. I was told I was the first tenant of this unit and it looks like someone lived here long before me. I attempted to wash my new towels and linen but my washer door doesn’t close so I can’t wash until the maintenance manager replaces the machine or part through the warranty. I was going to use the dryer to release some wrinkles from my clothes and the dryer won’t turn on. I saw the breaker was in an off mode, I reset it and the dryer turned on. However within a few minutes I heard a click and the breaker was off again It’s like no one bothered to do a walk through before I moved into this unit and there was 3 weeks between the time I signed the lease to when I moved in to make sure all of this was taken care of. I honestly regret my decision to move into this complex and no, I would not recommend other to move into. I am saddened that I actually signed a 20 month lease here.

|Recommended: YesBeen here at our new home for two weeks now — Absolutely LOVE our new home. Everybody from the staff to our fellow tenants are a joy to know and socialize with. The property is stunning and the amenities are first class. It is like being at a resort or on a cruise ship everyday and we get live here everyday. Can’t beat the surrounding area from Globe Life Field to AT T Stadium to Texas Live, all are a very quick walk.
|Recommended: YesInitial review — We have only been living there since 5 23. Pool party on 5 24 was much appreciated We love the common areas so far. There is more road noise than expected, we thought these would be better sound proofed.

|Recommended: YesBetween construction that keeps going past the expected dates and the literal infestations of roaches, I have never had a worse living experience. For the last 3 months, I’ve had roaches crawling out of every corner, including my jeans. When I open the fridge, I see dozens of fruit flies. I can’t cook without a fly getting in my food or even sit in my apartment without having something crawl over me. My fiance, guests, and my parents have all seen roaches in the apartment.
I waited patiently for over 2 months for something to happen. Unless they have been in my apartment other times without my knowledge, they have only been in there for treatment ONCE. Despite sending over multiple pictures of bugs infesting my home, my concerns about roaches and fruit flies weren’t taken seriously until I reached out to everybody on the team demanding an immediate meeting. The result Being offered a downgraded apartment in the corner of the building despite almost 15 other units being available.

|Recommended: YesGreat Luxury — Fantastic new luxury apartment with the makings of greatness. For how new the building is, the potential is limitless. So lucky to snag a beautiful pennant II room early on. The management team is amazing to work with and am grateful for their support.

From the moment I began the process, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. A special thank you to Sal and Scott, who have gone above and beyond to make sure everything has gone smoothly. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming every step of the way. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in the community.
Another huge plus is the location — you’re just minutes away from the Globe Life Field and AT T Stadium, which is perfect for sports fans or anyone who loves being close to the action. I’m happy to call this place home and can’t wait for everything ahead

Love the property and the proximity to my place of work. The amenities are great and the property is stunning.
